- Help innovators tap the true potential of their inventions including commercialization etc
- Protect intellectual properties rights
- IPR portfolio management
- Prevent forced litigation
- Provide speedy justice at minimum possible cost
- Conduct legal audit to reduce litigation cost
- Promote out of court settlement
- Work with regulatory/statutory authorities to amendment existing procedures which affect public life in general (subject to availability of resources & volunteers)
